Our client, a high-end gallery specialising in ancient Asian art and antiques, is currently recruiting for a PA/Office Assistant to support the current Office manager, two directors and the business. They are looking for a PA/Office Assistant who has experience and is able to adapt quickly.
Duties to include:
- Providing PA/Office Assistant support to a team and two Directors
- Managing emails and projects
- Assist with the administration for the annual cataloguing of all antiques
- Maintaining filing systems
- Editing exhibition catalogues
- Financial – Creating sales invoices
- All round office support
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience working as a PA/Office Assistant
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, extremely proficient at typing
Location: London
Salary: GBP £2,500 – 3,000 per calendar month (depending on experience and before any deductions).
Schedule: Office hours: 10.30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and 1 or 2 weekends a year.
Contract: Temporary work, approximately seven full months.
Start date: from January / February 2025.
