The role of Registrar, Exhibitions & Loans reports directly to the U.K. based Director of Global Registration.

The Registrar, Exhibitions & Loans, UK acts as the initial point of contact for all queries relating to UK Exhibitions & global Loans logistics.

Our client is a privately owned, established London Auction House which is fast becoming a major player in the international art market. They have 20 specialist departments and host regular dedicated and themed sales across a breadth of specialisms. They are on the hunt for a department coordinator and junior specialist to join their Jewellery team. This position will provide full administrative support and coordination for the department, contributing to cataloguing and selling of jewellery in line with the department and business year-on-year growth objectives. The Jewellery Department specialises in Western Jewellery of the last 300 years. Sales typically comprise pieces from the Victorian, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, post-war and contemporary periods.
