Our client is seeking an experienced CRM person who is well versed in CRM Implementation and Project Management to lead the rollout of a new CRM system across the art gallery group. As they embark on a broader digital transformation, this role is central to enhancing how their client engages with their clients, streamline operations, and empower their marketing and sales teams. They’re looking for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience implementing CRM and marketing automation tools. The postholder will be instrumental in analysing current systems and workflows, selecting the right platform, and managing a successful implementation that meets the needs of the business and its teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing CRM processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and recommending a suitable CRM solution tailored to the two brands.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new CRM platform across both businesses, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration with existing systems
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to understand user needs and ensure effective adoption across departments
  • Drive CRM strategy and execution, including campaign automation, audience segmentation, and
  • behavioural tracking
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support staff onboarding and continued system use
  • Propose new methods for customer acquisition, retention, and growth, contributing to wider business objectives
  • Provide regular reporting and performance insights to key stakeholders Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and best practices in CRM usage

 

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience implementing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Dotdigital, or similar) from selection to rollout and optimisation
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives independently
  • Data-driven and analytical, with a focus on leveraging insights to drive engagement and customer

Type: Full-time, onsite

Location: Job will be based in Mayfair but will require regular travel to Birmingham
