Our client, a high end gallery specialising in ancient art and antiques, are currently recruiting for a PA/Office Manager to support two entrepreneurial Directors. We are looking for a PA/Office Manager who has experience and is able to adapt quickly.
Duties to include:
- Providing PA/Office Manager support to a team and two busy Directors
- Liaising with international clients
- Diary management
- Organising exhibitions
- Managing emails, projects, marketing projects
- Assist with the administration for the annual cataloguing of all antiques
- Implementing and maintaining filing systems
- Editing exhibition catalogues
- Financial – online banking management creating sales invoices, arranging payment of purchase invoices
- All round office support
- Travel arrangements for directors and colleagues, booking flights, hotels, meetings
- Manage client database and mailing lists, organise sending of exhibition catalogues and invites.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience working as a PA
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Interest in the arts
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
Desirable, but not a requirement:
- Foreign Language, Mandarin Chinese
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful PA/Office Manager to join this exciting gallery. The offices are based in a vibrant and upmarket part of West London, located close to entertainment venues and local amenities. The offices are easily accessed by public transport.
Benefits:
- Potential work related bonus Christmas 2022.
- Salary: GBP £2,920 per calendar month (before any deductions).
- Office hours: 9.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 1 or 2 weekends a year.
Temporary work, approximately seven full months.
