Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Coordinator. The role requires a confident and well presented individual who would also manage the upkeep of the office and who is sensitive to art and history. The individual would be required to work three days a week which would be flexible with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities and duties:
Researching about the pieces through various text resources and internet
Basic understanding of appreciating art pieces for creating write ups for the jewellery pieces
Following up with the clients for providing information
Coordinating with the shipping company
Travelling to Europe to coordinate with the workshops and exhibitions
Making spreadsheets and pdf documents
Running day to day errands like organising stationery, printing invitations etc
Coordinating daily calendar with making appointments and bookings
Personal PA duties, Travel, social engagements and ad hoc personal support
Maintaining database, filing system, contact lists, administrative support
Qualifications and skills
Basic GCSEs are helpful but not mandatory
Possesses functional knowledge and expertise in producing presentations
Organisation skills
Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes
Someone from an art background; jewellery background not necessary
Knowledge and passion for luxury industry
Fluency in English
Works well on their own initiative
Salary: around £25,000 pro rata for 3 days/week
Person will work remotely and then when needed in office
