We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building the profile of our client’s artists globally, creating marketing campaigns for events, exhibitions and special projects as well as the galleries and brand.

You will be responsible for the coordination, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns which may include digital, print, editorial content, social media, events, photoshoots, and ad hoc projects.

You will report into the Marketing Director and liaise regularly with colleagues across the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Together with the marketing director, plan the marketing calendar in support of our artists, galleries, events and exhibitions.
  • Campaigns will include integrated activity such as digital media, print ads, events, and content.
  • Work closely with the digital agency to brief campaigns and campaign assets in a timely manner.
  • Work with photography, graphic design, and the team to craft content that align with campaigns.
  • Organize photoshoots and video shoots, including liaising with internal operations and external photographers/video producers/stylists, to ensure assets are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Brief external writers for editorial content.
  • Brief and support the Social & Digital Manager on social campaign and content.
  • Analyse results of campaigns across all channels, reporting back to key stakeholders

 

Key Requirements

  • You have solid prior experience in a similar role – minimum 5 years gained within a luxury brand, gallery or auction house
  • You love all things art
  • You are a creative, self-starter and looking for an opportunity to make a big impact
  • You have strong writing skills and experience in overseeing campaigns and projects – please provide examples of content and campaigns including metrics
  • You are creative, proactive with a good sense of how to communicate about art
  • You are detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You are a strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
