Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in delivering 360 traffic driving campaigns for brand, artists, and exhibitions.
Social Media
- Manage the weekly schedule and posting to social channels, aiming to grow followers and engagement.
- Maintaining diary of art world dates and events and global holidays/festivities
- Content creation for social channels – in situ videos, photography etc
- Implement new tools for social (Canva, Plan That, Capcut), drive social initiatives and oversee the execution of social campaigns.
- Work on influencer partnerships.
- New creative concepts for social media – stories, editorial etc
- Liaising and collaborating with our artists on creative content projects.
- Monthly reporting
- Maintaining diary of art world dates and events and global holidays/festivities
Website
- Manage and curate website content
- Creating artists profiles, exhibition content, editorial content
- Refreshing artwork across the site
- Generating SEO for web pages
- Assisting in all web development projects
Events
- General event support
- Covering social on the day
Key Requirements
- Digitally savvy with 2+ years’ experience in luxury goods
- Digital marketing experience across paid media desirable
- You are up to date on current social media trends and insights
- You are a self-starter and looking for an opportunity to make a big impact
- You are creative, analytical, data-driven, and an innovator
- You are detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Contract: Full-time
Salary: £26-28k DOE
