About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Gallery Manager to lead the commercial and operational management of their London and Italian gallery spaces. This pivotal hire comes at a time of exciting transition, as the Founder prepares to fully dedicate herself to the launch of a foundation in Italy.
This is a broad, hands-on role with a clear pathway to Gallery Director within 2–3 years. You’ll join a small, international team and take ownership of sales strategy, client development, daily operations, and public-facing communications. The right candidate will bring both structure and energy to the gallery’s operations, while representing its ethos with passion and integrity. During the initial 4-month trial, the focus will be on establishing rapport with clients, refining internal systems, and driving consistent sales. Upon successful completion, the role will transition into full-time Gallery Manager, with expanding leadership responsibilities.
