We are currently looking for an Email/CRM Manager to join our client’s team. You will implement improvements to CRM processes, propose new methods to acquire & retain customers and participate in growth campaigns. You will help drive business growth and maximize the lifetime value of customers.
The gallery is currently overhauling tools and processes, and this role will be pivotal in these updates. You will have experience with various CRM and email platforms as well as innovating and integrating new tools and tactics.
You will report into the Marketing Director and liaise regularly with colleagues across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the current CRM and email platforms, advising on what tools are needed to bring our email efforts forward, including behavioural tracking and personalisation
- Implement new tools, drive CRM initiatives and oversee the execution of campaigns
- Manage and activate the email calendar
- Help grow the marketing database
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximise opportunities
- Identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns
- Monthly reporting
Key Requirements

- You have solid prior experience in a similar role – minimum 5 years
- Must have experience in database growth, data extraction and overseeing campaigns and projects.
- Mailchimp is essential as well as the testing and integration of new tools and methods – building journeys, email popups, preference centres, personalisation and behavioural tracking, segmentation of audiences. Experience with custom CRM platforms useful.
