The Digital Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the Gallery Marketing & Communications team. The Digital Marketing Associate reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications, working alongside the Director of Business Development and the Sales team to produce and implement effective marketing and sales strategies across multiple digital platforms. The candidate will create and upload content to the website, create email marketing and social media campaigns, implement SEO strategies and analyze and report metrics.  This is a full-time role, based in the gallery in London. 


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Update gallery’s website, including producing and posting new content, as well as refreshing design in conjunction with wider digital campaigns
  • Oversee all social media marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, etc.
  • Use web traffic and engagement to recommend campaign strategies
  • Work with Content Director to produce and publish engaging online content
  • Work with Director of Business Development to mine business intelligence in Salesforce to focus client outreach and measure the results of each campaign
  • Assist in data management and tracking in Salesforce to support Client Development projects and goals
  • Lead SEO projects alongside developers and apply lead generation tools to drive new visitors to the gallery website
  • Manage Google Business and relevant listings
  • Track engagement, measure ROI and report on effectiveness of marketing strategies
  • Continually evolve the digital strategy and recommend solutions that would advance the gallery’s business goals
  • Additional tasks and duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in digital production, marketing, advertising or project management
  • Practical experience in analysis, design and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software to create assets in templates set by Design Manager
  • Incredibly organized and hardworking, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Willing to be managed from New York, noting the time difference, and work closely with the Marketing & Communications team globally  
  • Ability to work well with multiple teams, as well as independently
  • Willing to work outside of regular office hours (e.g. for global meetings, events, urgent enquiries)
  • Ability to independently manage time, prioritize workflow and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience using social media systems and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot or other CRM tools
  • Passionate about the ways digital media will continue to revolutionise information distribution and interaction in the arts sector.

 

Salary: £40k
