Our client is the creator of an innovative Arts Inventory Management platform. Created specifically for the art world, made to work seamlessly on mobiles and desktops, this is the most powerful, secure, and easiest to use inventory system to date. Visually beautiful and fast, the system allows users to create and send PDFs and JPEGs of artworks in seconds, among many other uses. A client base with the likes of White Cube Gallery with the aim to continue to develop and expand. They are on the hunt for a tech savvy, driven and confident leader with a sales and entrepreneurial mindset, who is not afraid to get stuck in and take initiative whilst working towards creating something big and exciting.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on building, sustaining, and expanding client relations, ideally you come with a good network base within the arts and can use this
  • Build and manage a successful team to help support the smooth running of the company
  • Managing and leading on sales and managing the team to work towards targets
  • Business development-setting and working towards KPIs

Skills and requirement:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in team management within a business development background
  • Strong client management skills
  • Creative with a background in the arts/creative industry
  • Good industry Knowledge
  • A good network of clients and contacts
  • Growth mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hungry, driven, and proactive
  • Sales experience with an understanding of how to generate and streamline sales and reach targets successfully. Preferably B2B, but B2C experience also desirable

Location: Remote with the option for an office space to use in London
Start date: Asap
Salary: £30k alongside company equity
