• A blue-chip private art dealership is looking for a part-time fine art technician and administrative assistant, with immediate start. 
  • The offices are based in Cork Street, Mayfair, but the role would include travel in and around London, with the potential for international projects.   
  • Applicants must have full UK driving licences and valid passports, along with at least five years’ relevant experience dealing with UHNW individuals, high priority tasks and an understanding of the professionalism and urgency when dealing with both.  
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, flexibility and resilience is essential. The working environment is extremely dynamic and exciting, with no two days the same. Applicants must be excellent with time-management and calm in high-pressure situations. 
  • The role includes, but is not limited to: 
  1. – Fine art handling: packing, installation, lighting and transits 
  2. – Being on-site for handling assistance during client artwork viewings 
  3. – Office administrative assistance – helping to manage inventory lists and Excel spreadsheets 
  4. – Office and gallery maintenance 
  5. – Local collections and deliveries 
  6. – Wrapping client gifts  
  7. – Booking courier transits 
  • Candidates would be working 9am – 6pm three days per week, with flexibility to be on-call for the remaining days. 
  • Salary: £40k p/a, potential to increase to a full-time role.
