Purpose of the role:
To assist the Owner/Director in day-to-day activities, by providing effective administrative and office support.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the day-to-day business operations of the director, including:
- Dealing with routine communication, arranging transportation/travel.
- Undertake research and/or collation of documents and presentations as directed
- Maintain an effective filing system
- Handling confidential information and exercising a high degree of discretion
- Arranging aspects of his personal life
- Expenses, correspondence and general personal assistant duties
Required skill set:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised at all times
- Discretion and sensitivity around confidential information
- Team player, willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever is required
- Computer literate, strong competence in Microsoft Office
- Capable and confident – both in conduct and communication
- Positive and enthusiastic personality, representing a positive image of the business at all times
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Salary: £40k-45k+
Contract: Full-time
Location: Role is 80-90% remote but you can work from Cromwell
