Responsibilities:

– Keep track of day-to-day expenses (with Xero and ArtLogic for invoicing)
– Assist external accountants with VAT return
– Monthly management accounts
– Assist external accountants with corporate accounts
– Assist external accountants with payroll (keeping track of sales commissions)

Required experience:
– Contemporary art gallery (exposure to primary and secondary market sales + understanding of VAT implications + crypto to a certain degree)
– Book-keeping for properties.

Skills:
– Ideally knowledge of Xero, ArtLogic and Notion.

Salary: £35-45k+ (role can be full time or part time and mostly remote).
