Our client is a major contemporary art gallery located in the centre of London. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Personal Assistant:
Main Responsibilities:
Contribute with general administrative support for the gallery, art fairs.Writing and recording client correspondence.
Coordinating the Gallery’s interviews and press together with communication teams.
Planning and managing all appointments and client meetings.
Working closely and reporting to the Gallery Founder/Owner.
Managing the Gallery’s inbox and database.
Maintaining all aspects of the Gallery personal and professional schedule.
Arranging travels, booking hotels, trains, car transfers and flights.
Skills & Experience:
2+ years in assisting executive directors in their roles within an auction house or gallery
Proficient in Artlogic and IT skills such as Adobe, Photoshop.
Excellent writing skills.
Highly organised and attentive to detail.
Collaborative within a small and ambitious team.
Ability to multitask, and work in a high pressure environment.
Effective communication skills at all levels.
Knowledge of another language is a plus.
Location: Central London.
Timeline: Full-time
Salary: £34-35k plus pension and health benefits
