Our client is one of the top UK Interior Design companies working on exciting residential and hotel projects in the UK and overseas. They are seeking a competent Purchase Ledger Assistant to join and support their team temporarily, with the possibility of the role becoming part-time in the new year.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Accounts Manager with inputting to Xero
- Chase invoices
- Double check invoice figures and account for correct codes
Skills & Experience Required
- Competency and previous experience with Xero
- Ability to work efficiently with great attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Previous bookkeeping experience (prior experience with a design firm a bonus)
Location: London, in-person. Possibility to become WFH.
To be filled ASAP. Initially will be 2 weeks starting from Dec 6, but could become a long-term part time position in the new year.
